'Hidden' in Kings Heath?

A fake designer clothes factory thought to be the largest discovered in the West Midlands has been found in a Birmingham suburb. Police discovered the counterfeiting operation in the Kings Heath area after thieves tried to ram-raid the industrial unit on Thursday morning. [via BBC]
A bit peculiar. What buildings of this size exist in Kings Heath? First floor workshops? Not if thieves were ram-raiding it. And what's this about ram-raiding anyway? That's news in-and-of-itself.

As for being the largest operation discovered in the West Midlands, does that mean nobody's been looking? Are there not much larger operations on industrial estates and in decrepit buildings throughout the conurbation?

Some answers here.
