Cast No Shadow

Full images at zoto.com
One of the old cast-iron lamp posts at Oxford Road/School Road has been painted green and silver. There's a second one done this way at Ascot Road. But there are at least three other styles of post along the road. Some are better-looking than others. So what might one do to liven up the drab and un-ornamented among them? Green and silver stripes? Red and white stripes? Graffiti murals around the base? Knitted covers? Wicker art?

Speaks For Itself

I know it's not exactly Moseley, so think of it as a state visit to the nation of Harborne. A cultural exchange. It's a big world out there, and it's occasionally nice to be reminded that there's plenty of mystery and adventure just over the valley.
